About Len Bruskiewitz
I am a Boston area-based FocalPoint Business Coach as well as a Certified Exit Planning Advisor. Both my paternal and maternal grandparents were business owners and I grew up above the business my parents successfully ran - which has given me a great perspective on the joys and challenges of owning your own company.
In addition, I have extensive experience at some of the leading providers of solutions to small businesses where I developed a strong analytical and business development skill set that enables me to identify and implement effective and long-lasting solutions for my clients.
Before becoming a business coach, I had a successful career growing revenue at a number of technology companies - both large and small. While at Intuit, I led the corporate Financial Planning & Analysis group, ran European business development, was the country manager for the UK and was the inaugural general manager of one of the first SaaS businesses ever - QuickBase.
After running my own consulting firm focused on high growth technology companies, I joined small business email marketing provider Constant Contact to run their Global Partner group and ultimately led all facets of their channel programs. The company had ~100 employees and ~50,000 customers when I joined and ~1,500 employees and over 500,000 customers when I departed. From there I joined Grasshopper, a provider of virtual phone services to entrepreneurs and built a channel program that significantly grew the customer base, ultimately leading to its acquisition by Citrix/LogMeIn.
My next challenges were building an international reseller program at Repsly, then joined Fisherman, a website creation start up focused on restaurants and finished my corporate career launching a partner program for a new service offering at Nextiva.
Prior to starting my career, I graduated from Boston College with a degree in Management (with concentrations in Finance & Economics) and then went on to acquire an MBA from the University of San Diego (where I expanded my knowledge with concentrations in Marketing and International Business).
I live in Westford, Massachusetts with my wife Jennifer and have 2 smart, funny and talented children.
